Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices cubed bread
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Grease baking dish.
Mix cubed bread, cheese and drained browned sausage.
Add drained mushrooms.
Put in pan.
Sprinkle with salt and dry mustard.
Mix milk with eggs and pour over mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
