Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cherry or cranberry jello
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. raw, fresh cranberries
1 each orange/apple, chopped fine
grapes, cut in half
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grind cranberries in food processor; set aside.
Combine sugar and jello in hot water.
Add cold water, lemon juice and drained pineapple juice.
Chill until partially set.
Add pineapple, cranberries, celery, fruit and nuts.
Put in a mold.
Chill several hours.
