Swiss Apple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Granny Smith apples
1 c. sweet apple cider
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Mascarpone*
ladyfingers
Calvados

Preparation

Cook sliced apples in cider, lemon juice and vanilla until mushy.
Let cool.
