Tangy Broiled Halves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
-
Cut tomatoes in 1/2 crosswise.
Combine next 5 ingredients and sprinkle evenly over cut tomatoes.
Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes until well heated.
Sprinkle parsley over and serve as meat accompaniment.
Serves 4.
