Stuffed Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak (medium thick)
3 c. bread pieces
parsley flakes
garlic powder
2 hard-boiled eggs
grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Pound round steak on both sides.
Rub oil on one side.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add bread.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, parsley flakes and garlic powder.
Slice boiled eggs over steak; roll up, tie and brown.
Put in baking pan.
Cover with spaghetti sauce; bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, or until tender.
