Sweet Potato Berry Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes or 6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. fresh cranberries
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook, peel and slice sweet potatoes in 1/2.
    If canned, drain and slice in half.
    Place in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, sliced side down.
    Top with berries and nuts; dot with marmalade.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Serve piping hot.
