Sour Cream Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil in skillet.
    While they brown, mix all remaining ingredients, except the onion rings and sour cream, in a bowl.
    Separate onion rings; place on pork chops.
    Pour mixture over chops; simmer for 1 1/4 hours.
    Add the sour cream; cook for another 15 minutes.
    Especially good served over rice.
    Serves 4.
