Chicken Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 c. broccoli flowerette
    1 c. carrots, cut into matchstick thin strips
    1/2 c. onion, cut into wedges
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley
Preparation
    In a skillet spayed with cooking spray, stir fry chicken, half at a time.
    Remove.
    Repeat with remaining chicken.
    Remove skillet from heat, spray with cooking spray.
    Stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
    Add soup, water, soy, ginger and stir-fried chicken.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
