Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation

Cook beef, onion and garlic until browned.
Drain.
In blender, puree tomatoes.
Add tomatoes, celery, chili powder, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
Add beans.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
