Dressing For Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 heaping Tbsp. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add beaten egg and mix.
    Add vinegar and water and stir well.
    Cook on low heat, stirring constantly or in double boiler until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add butter. Stir until melted.
    Cool and add salad dressing or mayonnaise. Keeps in refrigerator for several weeks.
