Sweet Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

In a saucepan, put in rice, water and salt.
Cook until tender.
Add milk.
Cook on low heat.
Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add more milk if it thickens too much. It will thicken more when cooled. Pour into serving dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Serves 4.
