Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 clove garlic, minced
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions.
    Drain well.
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Chill for two hours or longer. Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on cookie sheets and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    I usually double this recipe.
