20 sets frog legs
4 c. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, well beaten
vegetable oil
Preparation

Salt and pepper frog legs.
Dip legs into egg mixture and batter in cracker crumbs.
Drop legs in hot oil and brown on both sides.
Don't overcook.
