Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    4 oz. Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add broccoli, onion and celery. Saute until onion and celery are clear, about 10 minutes.
    Add soup and rice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered casserole and top with grated cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven until cheese melts, 15 to 20 minutes.
