Russian Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix sugar, gelatine and water.
    Stir over low heat until dissolved.
    Add almond extract.
    Pour mixture into sour cream and mix.
    Chill until congealed.
    Blend in thawed Cool Whip.
    Pour into mold; chill until set.
