Marshmallow Cake(Makes 35 Pieces) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. boiling water
    6 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour; add boiling water and mix.
    Cool.
    Beat egg whites, salt and baking powder until stiff; add vanilla.
    Fold into cooled batter.
    Bake in greased and floured 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
