Minute Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef \"cubed\" steaks
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat steaks with flour.
    Melt shortening in skillet.
    Cook steaks over medium-high heat until brown and crispy, about 4 minutes on each side.
