Combo-Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 can red cherries, pitted
1 tsp. almond extract
3 to 6 bananas, sliced
2 baked pie shells
whipped topping
2 c. sugar
6 to 7 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Drain juice from cherries and pineapple; add enough water to make 2 cups.
Add sugar and cornstarch to water/juice mixture and cook until thick, stirring.
Fold in fruit, nuts and almond extract.
Pour into 2 baked pie shells and top with whipped topping.
