Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 (3 lb.) chicken, boiled, deboned and cut in bite size
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cominos powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 pkg. Doritos
2 or 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix tomatoes, soups, broth, onion and spices.
Cook together about 10 minutes.
Add chicken in bite size pieces.
In large 9 x 13-inch baking pan, layer Doritos, cheese and chicken mix.
Repeat and cook at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
