Irish Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. hot water
    3 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. Irish Whiskey (optional)
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan blending in water. Bring heat to boil, stirring constantly.
    Stir and boil 2 minutes. Add milk and heat (not to boil).
    Pour 1 tablespoon whiskey in each 6-ounce cup.
    Add hot cocoa and top with whipped cream.
