Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 banana, sliced
    3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cut in cubes
Preparation
    Cook the rhubarb, sugar and 1/4 cup water together for 5 minutes; set aside and cool.
    Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water; let cool.
    Fold rhubarb mixture, banana and cubed cream cheese into slightly thickened gelatin.
    Pour into mold and chill until set.
