Sweet Potato Fluff Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk (evaporated)

Preparation

Mix well all ingredients.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
