Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter and set aside to cool. Beat eggs.
Mix in sour cream and stir in cooled butter.
Add corn and cornbread mix.
Mix thoroughly and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
