Grilled Marinated Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Baking Potatoes (Scrubbed)
    1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar
    1/2 c. Soy Sauce
    1/2 c. Olive Oil
    1 c. Beer (of Course)
    1 tsp. Fresh Ground Peppper
    1/2 tsp. Tumeric
    1 Pinch Rosemary
Preparation
    1. Slice the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Using the tip of a sharp knife make cross hatch slashes 1/4-inch deep and 1/4-inch apart in the flesh of each potato half without cutting into the skin.
    This should look like a grid pattern. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Place potatoes in glass casserole dishes.
    Pour marinade over potatoes evenly. 3. Cover each dish with plastic wrap and microwave seperately 10 minutes turning potatoes once 1/2 way through. 4. Place potatoes on a preheated grill.
    Cover and cook until tender (about 20 minutes) turning once 1/2 way through.
