Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 2/3 c. sifted flour
dash of red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Wash celery stalks; cut into 3-inch lengths.
Fill with Philadelphia cream cheese or mixture of Blue cheese and sour cream or horseradish and sour cream.
Sprinkle with paprika; garnish with parsley.
