Lemon Fish Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish (walleye, Northern pike, haddock or cod)
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry wine (vermouth can be substituted for wine)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Place fish on cookie tray.
    Mix ingredients in small bowl; spoon over fish.
    Place in refrigerator to marinate 1 to 2 hours. Bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until fish flakes.
    Serves 4.
