My Grandmother'S Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 stick butter
1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Pour the boiling water over oats and butter.
Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Sift the dry
ingredients and pour into the oat mixture.
Add eggs and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
