Mexican Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
1/2 c. picante hot sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cut potatoes into 4 pieces (with or without peel).
Place in baking dish, then add margarine, onion slices, green pepper, picante hot sauce.
Let potatoes bake until soft.
Bring out of oven and sprinkle Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, put back in oven and heat until cheese is melted over potatoes.
Serve hot.
