Red Apple Inn Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, halved
pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dried beef
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
6 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation

Pepper, but do not salt, the chicken breasts.
Put bacon strips on top of chicken.
Place layer of dried beef (not corned beef) in bottom of baking dish.
Arrange bacon wrapped chicken on beef rounds.
Cover with mixture of chicken soup, sour cream and cream cheese.
Cover pan tightly with foil.
Place in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
When tender, remove foil and let brown slightly. Serve on bed of rice.
Makes 12 portions.
