Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, unbaked
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. crumbled turkey sausage
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. green bell pepper
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 425\u00b0.
    Prick pie shell with fork. Bake until lightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes.
    Place pie shell on rack to cool completely.
    Place 1/2 of the cheese in baked pie shell.
    Top evenly with sausage, mushrooms, onion and green pepper.
    Spread on remaining cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over filled pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
