German Cabbage Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bratwurst, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 c. carrots, diagonally sliced
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 can each: milk and water
    3 c. thinly shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Brown the sausage; add butter, carrots and caraway seed.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Cook slowly for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
    Makes 8 cups.
