Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. diced apples
3 eggs

Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Fold in apples and nuts last, after batter is mixed.
