Microwave Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
    2/3 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 tsp. chopped green pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. salsa
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    1 bag tortillas
Preparation
    Mix chicken, tomato, onions, green pepper and garlic powder in 16-ounce casserole.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High 1 minute; stir.
    Cover tightly and microwave until hot, 1 to 2 minutes longer; drain.
