Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. meat strips
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Make a marinade with the onion powder, black pepper, soy sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Soak the meat strips in it. Refrigerate overnight. Stir
a couple of times while marinating. Drain meat and dry.
