Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans evaporated milk
    3 cans water
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla flavor
Preparation
    Using a 4-quart saucepan or pot, blend eggs and sugar until smooth.
    Add milk, then add water; stir to blend.
    Double boil until custard has thickened, about 40 minutes.
    Let cool, then pour into a 1 gallon freezer (electric or hand crank).
    Add vanilla flavor.
    Freeze until it becomes firm.
    Makes 1 gallon of ice cream.
