Macaroni-Cabbage Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Stir in cabbage, onion and garlic.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender. Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Toss hot macaroni with cabbage.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in chicken soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Heat on low for 5 minutes.
    Just before serving, top with remaining cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
