Oven Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium sweet potatoes
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. tiny marshmallows
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Clean and cook whole sweet potatoes in water just until tender.
Drain, peel and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer half each of the potatoes, brown sugar, butter and salt.
Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until glazed.
Sprinkle cinnamon and then marshmallows over top.
Bake about 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
Serves 6.
