Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with fork until smooth. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green peppers, onion and seasonings; roll in nuts. Garnish plate with pineapple rings and parsley sprigs. Refrigerate overnight.
