Grilled Cayenne Chicken(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1.25 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat grill or broiler.
    Combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, lime juice, salt and cayenne in a shallow bowl; stir well.
    Place chicken on grill rack.
    Coat well with sauce.
    Grill chicken for about 5 minutes; turn.
    Brush with remaining sauce.
    Broil chicken until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes longer.
