Turkish Coffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. Turkish Coffee for each demitasse cup
1 demitasse cup boiling water for each cup
1/2 tsp. sugar for each cup
cardamon to taste
Preparation

Pour water into a brass coffee pot or saucepan and add sugar; bring to boil.
Add coffee and cardamon (optional) stirring constantly.
When mixture comes to a boil and becomes frothy, remove from fire and stir until froth has receded.
Repeat this process two more times.
After third time, pour into demitasse cups or small cups.
