Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, drained and chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. milk
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, melt margarine.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in salt, pepper and flour.
    Stir until smooth; cook 1 minute.
    Gradually add milk and chicken soup.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens; add broccoli and mushrooms.
    Cook until broccoli is done.
    Serves 6.
    Also good with cauliflower instead of broccoli.
