Jan'S Famous Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
5 regular cans kidney or red beans (do not drain)
2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
4 crushed garlic cloves
dash of Tabasco
salt
pepper
Preparation

Pour beans into large pot.
Fill one empty can with water and add.
Add onions, Worcestershire, garlic, sliced meat, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook until beans thicken and mixture is \"pasty.\"
Serve over salted rice.
Season with Tabasco to taste. Serve with Mexican cornbread.
