Easy Healthy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce (I use chunky garden style with tomatoes, onion and garlic)
    1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    boiling water
Preparation
    Brown turkey; drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce to turkey; mix well. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with dry noodles.
    On top of noodles, spread 1/2 sauce mix, follow with 1/2 of cheese, another layer of noodles, rest of sauce and all but 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Pour boiling water to within 1/2-inch of top of dish.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20 more minutes.
    Top with rest of cheese and let melt.
