Madras Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. lo-cal mayo
    2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. Veg-It seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Allow to chill at least 2 hours before using.
    This dressing will keep up to 4 days under refrigeration. Serve over salad or use as a dip for raw vegetables.
