Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen deep dish pie shell, thawed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, flour, milk and eggs in bowl.
    Stir in crab, cheese and green onions.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
