Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
18 c. popped popcorn
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and heat to boiling.
Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Pour caramel over popcorn. Mix well.
Spread on greased baking sheets.
Cook in preheated oven at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn every 15 minutes.
Cool and store in covered container.
