Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast
    6 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth (after chicken is done)
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Boil chicken in a large pot with 6 quarts of water and 1 teaspoon salt until tender.
    Take chicken off bones and cube.
    Set aside.
    Mix dumplings.
    First the flour, the broth, the milk and egg.
    Mix well, then roll out on a floured surface until 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into noodles.
    Put into boiling broth; cook covered 10 minutes and then cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Add chicken and simmer until done.
