Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium yellow squash
1 medium onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dice squash and boil for 5 minutes.
Dice onion and mix with sour cream.
Drain squash well.
Mix with all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
Pour into medium size casserole dish. Spread bread crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until the center bubbles, approximately 30 minutes.
