New England Squash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. strained mashed squash
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat all of the ingredients together.
Pour in pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan.
Bake until knife comes out clean.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
