Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 or 11 medium potatoes (approximately 4 c. after whipped)
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. dried chives
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
garlic powder to taste
paprika for top
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes and whip.
Add other ingredients, except paprika. Pour into quart casserole.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
